1.1. Any order placed through our website constitutes an offer by you to purchase goods from BURΔQ. The contract between you and BURΔQ is only formed when we receive full payment for your order and dispatch confirmation is sent.
1.2. If payment is not completed, no agreement exists, and we reserve the right to cancel the order without liability.

2.2. Each item may show signs of gentle wear consistent with its age and history. We describe all items honestly and provide detailed photos, but you acknowledge that used goods are not in “new” condition.
2.3. By purchasing, you confirm that you understand and accept the nature of second‑hand apparel.
3.1. If you are located outside the United Kingdom, you are solely responsible for:
3.2. BURΔQ will declare the correct value and commodity code (6309 00 00 00 for worn clothing) on all customs forms. We cannot mark items as “gifts” or undervalue them.
3.3. If your package is seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs due to your failure to comply with local laws, BURΔQ is not liable and will not issue a refund.
4.1. You agree to indemnify and hold BURΔQ (including its owners, employees, and affiliates) harmless from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, customs fines, storage fees, return shipping costs, legal fees, or destruction charges) arising from:
4.2. This indemnity survives the termination of these Terms and any transaction between us.
5.1. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery of the package by BURΔQ to the shipping carrier.
5.2. Legal title to the goods remains with BURΔQ until full payment has been received and cleared. After full payment, title passes to you, subject to the risk provisions above.
6.1. Due to the nature of pre‑owned goods, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or significantly not as described. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
6.2. Return shipping costs for approved returns are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.
6.3. Refunds, if issued, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.
6.4. No refunds will be issued for items refused or seized by customs.
7.1. Full payment is required before any goods are shipped. We accept major credit/debit cards and selected cryptocurrencies (as indicated at checkout).
7.2. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies and recover all associated costs.
8.1. These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
